A follow-up on my previous post, I wanted to share some of my Kiev photographs from my vacation this year. I flew there on April 31st, right when the flowers were in full bloom. I caught it all!
Flowers on trees versus flowers on bushes. Flowers everywhere!
It’s also the time for all the tulips to start blooming, they’re one of my favourite flowers! The city was heavily decorated with them.
In the summer house of my cousin sister, I found this beautiful tulip:
The summer house has an extensive garden, with many flowering fruit trees, shrubs and flowers. These beautiful flowers were on their way to be gone, I managed to snap a couple of shots of them.
Aren’t they beautiful in their simplicity? I think they were cherries. Or apples – but I’m leaning towards cherries, due to their long stem.
